Lifecare
We offer the following Lifecare plans for our Cottage Residents and
Apartment Residents:
Our Cottage and Apartment plans offer you a choice of:
- Fee for Service
This plan includes all the services and amenities provided in the Residence and Care Agreement. It does not include any days in the Healthcare Center or Personal Care Residence. It does include priority access in the Healthcare Center and Personal Care Residence on a fee-for-service basis.
- Unlimited Healthcare for
“Cottage Residents”
This plan includes all the services and amenities stated in the Residence and Care Agreement and the availability of an unlimited number of days in the Healthcare Center, which includes Intermediate and Skilled Nursing Care, as well as Personal Care. There is a one time additional Healthcare Fee per person for this plan, which provides for no amortization. During the first three (3) years of occupancy, there will be no refund and any portion of the up to 25% available Admission Fee if Resident or Co-Resident (in the case of co-residency) is transferred permanently to the Healthcare Center (Personal Care or Healthcare).
- Unlimited Healthcare for
“Apartment Residents”
This plan includes all the services and amenities stated in the Residence and Care Agreement and the availability of an unlimited number of days in the Healthcare Center, which includes Intermediate and Skilled Nursing Care, as well as Personal Care. There is a one time additional Healthcare Fee per person for this plan, which provides for no amortization. This plan requires that there be no refund of any portion of the Entrance Fee if Resident or Co-Resident (in the case of co-residency) is transferred permanently to the Healthcare Center (Personal Care or Healthcare).
